Who should use Debt Counsellors?

Individuals who feel they may be over indebted should seek the advice of a debt counselor who is a registered practitioner with the National Credit Act. Debt 911, powered by Justin Van As and Associates, are registered practitioners with the National Credit Regulator operating in the Gauteng, Mpumalanga and North West provinces and will arrange for the restructuring of your debt and develop an affordable, monthly repayment plan which will be acceptable to your creditors.

 

How can Debt 911 reduce my monthly repayments?

As registered counselors of the National Credit Regulator, Debt-911, powered by Justin Van As and Associates, are authorised to reduce our clients payments by extending previously negotiated repayment periods, and sometimes we can even negotiate a lower interest rate.

 

Will I need to schedule a face to face consultation with Debt 911?

The entire debt review process can be initiated and indeed finalised by telephone and e-mail. Clients do not need to engage with us face to face.

 

How soon before I expect to pay more affordable monthly repayments?

Debt 911, powered by Justin Van As and Associates, will devise an affordable interim repayment plan within 5 days of clients providing us with all the relevant information. Debt relief is thus almost instant. This interim payment plan will enable clients to make one affordable monthly payment to a distribution agency who will in turn pay each of your creditors a preset amount. Our Interim repayment plan will protect clients from any action instituted against our clients by their creditors. Debt 911, powered by Justin Van As and Associates, will then prepare a final repayment plan within 60 working days.

 

Is Debt counseling and the resulting debt consolidation always the best outcome for me?

Not necessarily, Debt 911, powered by Justin Van As and Associates, will conduct a comprehensive review of your debt situation and consolidation is not always the best outcome. In some cases will refer clients to our service provider partners who may assist you to either sell off your property or as a last resort to undergo sequestration.
